Refund, Return and Cancellation policy

At, we pride ourselves on being a leading provider of gifting products. Our primary objective is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy that is aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction. 


Whenever a customer contacts us via email, phone, or chat, we always strive to provide them with the best possible technical support or customer service. However, there are instances where a customer may find the product unsatisfactory due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we offer a return or refund policy as described below: 


Replacement – items not received in good condition?

For perishable items, customers are required to submit a replacement request within 12 hours of receiving the items. For all other items, the request for return or exchange must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. There are no additional delivery charges for substitute items. 


Refund against cancelled orders

If a customer cancels an order within 2 hours of placing it, a service charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. For all approved cancellations, the order amount will be refunded in full. 



If a customer orders multiple items and some of them are not delivered, they will be refunded the amount corresponding to the non-delivered goods or services.
