❓ Payment FAQs
How long does order confirmation take after payment? For bank transfers and Western Union, confirmation is usually completed within 1–3 business hours during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–8pm PKT).
What currencies do you accept? We primarily process orders in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International customers using Western Union/MoneyGram may send in their local currency – the equivalent PKR amount will be confirmed before order processing.
What if I’ve made a payment but haven’t received a confirmation? Please contact us at +92 341-2778773 or email sales@giftflys.com with your payment details, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Can I pay cash on delivery? Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. We are working on expanding our payment options to serve you better.
