🛒 Ordering & Account
Q: What are the benefits of creating an account on Giftflys?
Creating an account makes your gifting experience faster and more convenient. You’ll receive exclusive offers and discounts via email, your delivery addresses will be saved for future orders, and you’ll be able to view your full order history and track active orders – all in one place.
Q: What information do I need to place an order?
You’ll need to provide two sets of details:
Your billing information: full name, address, email, and contact number. Recipient’s details: full name, contact number, complete delivery address, preferred delivery date, a greeting message, and the sender’s name.
Q: Can I place an order by phone?

Q: Can I send a gift anonymously?
Yes, anonymous delivery is available in select cities. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability for your delivery area.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
Q: Which cities does Giftflys deliver to?
We deliver to major cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Hyderabad. Our delivery network continues to grow — contact us if you’re unsure about your city.
Q: What are the standard delivery hours?
Our standard delivery window is 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Time-specific and midnight deliveries are available at an additional charge.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for selected products including cakes, flowers, chocolates, mithai, fruits, and meal deals in major cities. The cutoff time for same-day delivery is 11:00 AM (PST). If you’ve missed the cutoff, contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: Is same-day delivery free?
Same-day delivery comes with a small additional charge. For extremely urgent orders with very short time windows, an extra fee may apply depending on the product and location.
Q: Do you offer time-specific delivery?
Yes, we offer time-specific delivery in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar. An extra charge applies, and orders for time-specific delivery must be placed at least one day in advance.
Q: Do you offer midnight delivery?
Yes, midnight delivery is available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi. As with time-specific delivery, an additional charge applies and orders must be placed at least one day before the desired delivery date.
Q: What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected time, please contact our customer service team right away via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We’ll investigate and update you as quickly as possible.
Q: What happens if the recipient refuses the delivery?
If a recipient refuses to accept a perishable item (such as a cake, flowers, or food), the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued. Refused perishables will be donated to a charitable organization on your behalf.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, we are unable to process cancellations as your order will already be in preparation. Once cancelled, the billed amount will be credited back to your account within 8–10 working days.
Q: Can I change my delivery address or recipient details?
Yes, changes to delivery or recipient details can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, changes are no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp.
Q: Can I change the product in my order?
Product changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order, subject to availability. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you’d like to swap a product.
Q: Can I change the sender’s name on an order?
Yes, sender details can be updated within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, this can no longer be changed.

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience:

- Western Union / MoneyGram (for international customers)

Q: Is it safe to pay online at Giftflys?
Yes. All online transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Q: Can I pay in a foreign currency?
Orders are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International customers sending payment via Western Union or MoneyGram may send in their local currency — the PKR equivalent will be confirmed with you before the order is processed.

Q: Can I request a custom message with my gift?
Yes! You can add a personalized greeting message during checkout. Simply fill in the “Greeting Message” field with whatever you’d like written on the card accompanying the gift.
Q: Do you offer personalized gifts?

Q: What if the wrong gift is delivered?
We have a dedicated Operations and Quality Assurance team to ensure every order is accurate. However, if the wrong item is delivered, please do not use or open it and contact us immediately via email or phone. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
